I don't know about you guys but when I plan something that is hard or difficult to begin with, it most of the times wasn't a good idea to plan after all. And that's exactly what happened yesterday with Janes first puppy training. Bc i want her to experience group lessons, surrounded by other dogs and other people I subscribed us for a training class with Petco in Raleigh. Almost a 1.5 hour drive. So yesterday we went their, took our time bc of Janes car sickness (and yes she threw up) but when we came there the store was closed due to inclement weather. Only thing was that they never let me know. Not by phone, email, message or whatever you can use these days. Ridiculous!!! Rude!!! And that's why I have decided to ask for a refund. Won't go there anymore. Will train Jane myself and will find playmates (besides our own pack) for Jane too. Will be continued.
Jane is getting used to our two cats. Luckily our cat Julie is not that afraid of dogs and doesn't run away all the time. Of course constant supervision is necessary. But I am happy with the progress.
We celebrated this New Years with friends and family. I baked oliebollen, a Dutch tradition to serve on New Years Eve. They tasted yummie, and i was thinking of making a Dog version next year so the dogs also can celebrate the New Year with something special.
But anyway, bc we were invited at Patty's we took Jane with us together with a lot of her stuff like her crate. The whole car was packed with this😱 But she did great and slept almost though the whole evening. She is such a sweetheart |
