Our latest addition to the pack is Evie, born on October 5, 2023. I picked her up in January 2024 almost four months old, and together we flew home. She is absolute a very beautiful pup, with her short coat and dark pigment. She is curious, loving, playful and smart. She already loves chasing the ball, but unfortunately also the cats and chickens. Especially the cats who also live with us in the home need protection from her. She's fast and focused and doesn't give up easily. She is sweet too and she loves to cuddle. Jessie is becoming her friend and helps her to adjust. Mojo and Mijne don't care much for her and basically leave her be. Jane and Evie are getting to know each other through playing, with a lot of noise. For now they are allowed to play inside the home, and for a short amount of time. Evie is just a little too small for rough play right now. Very slowly we let her get use to hands petting her; not to be used as a toy that is. Also jumping up is an issue and so we are working on that as well. Her parents are both FCI registered White Swiss Shepherds, but Evie is registered with the United Kennel Club as a White Shepherd.
