Since two months with us, Joyful Jessie, now 6 months old. She is our little sunshine. Ze loves to cuddle with us. And even more she loves to play with her ‘big’ brothers and can some times be pretty feisty in her play as well. Ze travels with us wherever we go and she seems to enjoy it. She is already such a big part of us. We love her so much❤️❤️❤️

Yesterday it was over 80 degrees and we went tree cutting at Patty's. Of course Jessie went with us. First i left all the windows of the car open for her but later on I took her on leash with me. Of course that didn't go as fast as i would have liked it to be but Jessie did it super. 🥰
Well last week tick season started big time. Jessie had multiple ticks so i got rid of them a couple of times a day. However Mojo and Mijne didn't seem to have any and that's because of four things, we think: - first we give them since they are with us 'brewer's yeast' every day. It's a treat and they love it.
Second, they wear paracord collars with EM (Effective Microorganisms) beads that keep the ticks away. Third, we gave them Adventix ones and four, they get hartwom prevention pills. We think the yeast and EM beads really do the trick, because our previous dog had ticks only a couple of times and we gave him yeast also. M and wear EM bracelets and that seem to help also. Anyway, because Jessie has just started with the yeast and didn't have a EM collar yet, I gave her Adventix. And she is on heartworm prevention for the first time. I also looked to buy an EM paracord collar but couldn't find anything here in the States. So I ended up buying the EM beads at a agricultural company here in the States and the paracord I bought at Amazon. And now Jessie wears a EM collar and since then (and since Adventix) she is tick free. I hope it will work for her as good as it works for the boys. In the meanwhile i bought some more paracord and i am going to also make collars for the two dogs of my friend Patty. Yesterday we celebrated St Paddy's Day with our best friends Patty, Brad and Mum. Jessie went along:-) It was fun and af course good for Jessie to socialize. She always is very easy and just falls asleep against my feet. What a absolute sweet girl she is🥰🥰🥰
Today Martijn put the website online!!! Thank you honey for al your time and creativity you put in it. I couldn't have done it without you. 😘
I am so happy!!! For who might be interested I have already written a couple of blogs. And I will be keeping writing them. Enjoy!!! Like Mojo and Mijne, also Jessie was lab tested (Wisdom Panel) for 211 deseases and she is clear of 210 and inconclusive for 1. Most important is that she is clear on Mdr and DM. I am very happy with the result😄!
We have 4 cats; Jill who is almost 16y, Jack who is 1.5y and the two orange sisters, June and July who are around 8 months old. So Jessie is getting used to cats from day one she is here and she reacts different with every cat. With Jill she is very cautious and they even give each other kisses 😘. Jacky really graves for the attention and sometimes Jessie runs after her (outside) but they also can play together. The sisters are very young and of course Jessie is also young so they need a lot of supervision because it sometimes gets rough. But overall Jessie is doing great!!!
Yesterday i was the whole day gone. Because our two red kittens were neutered and i had to drive all the way to South Hill for this, i decided to stay in SH untill i pick up time in the afternoon. So with two lists, one for the Hone Depot and one for the Walmart, i kept myself pretty busy. The dogs were with M all day and I missed them a lot. So when i got home, with the two neutered girls, i got so many kisses from Jessie, that made it all worthwhile.
Being here in the USA, working in our own business gives me the chance to be with our three beautiful and loving WSS 24/7 and I love it. During the day Mijne and Mojo are a couple of hours in their crates, while Jessie is with me. Around lunchtime I walk with Mijne and with Mojo separate while Martijn trains them separately. And Jessie we train during the day, not at a specific hour. In the morning I let them play in the dog Pen and walk with them on leash all together. Martijn walks with Mijne and Mojo around dinnertime and late at night he walks Mojo while I let Mijne and Jessie in the Dog Pen. You see it is a lot of work but I love it and it is really worth it!!!❤️❤️❤️
Beautiful blue skies this week and the dogs enjoy it. For us it is also really nice because we now don't have to dry and clean them every time we walk the dogs or when they have been playing in the dog pen.
